Service terms

The terms,
in plain words.

What we promise on this site, in one place. Your signed scope and contract are what govern your build; this page summarises them so there are no surprises.

The clock

When the clock starts.

01
Scope signed offYou sign off the scope.
02
Content approvedYou approve the content and media we extract.
03
Access grantedAny integration access is granted.
04
Payment clearedPayment clears — then the 24, 48 or 72 hours start.

Third-party steps (domain transfers, payment-provider approval, outside reviews) run on their own timelines and sit outside the delivery window unless confirmed in writing. App Store / Play Store review times are set by Apple & Google and apply on top of the app build window.

Prices & pages

What a price covers.

How are prices charged? +
All prices are one-time, in USD; any tax is shown before checkout. You see the full scope and price before you pay.
What counts as a page, and what does “tested” mean? +
A page is one live URL built from an agreed layout, including repeatable service, location or item pages. Empty or filler pages don’t count. “Tested” means our documented checks passed — links, forms, test submissions, mobile layout and browsers for your plan — and you get the QA summary. It is not a security audit or an accessibility certification.
What about third-party costs? +
Any third-party cost is shown before you pay.
After launch

Maintenance, hosting and archive.

What does the 30 days of maintenance cover? +
Launch defects fixed free. Content changes batched through one form, 24-hour turnaround. New features are quoted.
What about hosting and the domain? +
A full year of hosting and a standard domain (.com, .net, .co) are included. Renewal price shown upfront.
What happens after the 30 free days? +
You can keep sending change requests on an ongoing plan, or just leave it as-is. Hosting renews after year one at a standard rate we’ll always show you upfront.
What is the Filecoin archive? +
A snapshot of your build archived on Filecoin, with its content ID in your handoff so you can retrieve it. Long-term preservation is the objective; retention terms are written into your contract.
Will Google index my site in 24 hours? +
We ship titles, descriptions, a sitemap and robots file, and submit the sitemap. When pages appear in results is decided by the search engines, not by us.
